Hi! My name is Katherine, but everyone calls me Katie.
I would love to talk with you about improving yours or your child’s peace and well being.
Being a parent is hard. We all want the best for our children, but in the daily juggle of life, it’s easy to lose sight of the amazing, complex, and wildly unique kid right in front of us. My goal is to help families see and support each other more clearly—bringing not just healing, but also laughter and peace into their homes.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families. My approach is rooted in transparency, authenticity, and humor because therapy should feel safe, not scary. Whether I’m working one-on-one with a child, guiding a family through transitions, or coaching parents on how to strengthen their connection with their kids, my focus is always on creating lasting, meaningful change.
I believe that children heal best when the people around them are growing, too. Sometimes therapy starts with the child and naturally expands to include the family as a whole. Other times, I work directly with parents, helping them understand their child’s needs while also exploring their own emotional well-being. Together, we create a home environment where everyone feels seen and supported.
If any of this resonates with you, let’s talk. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit. You—or you and your child—deserve a therapist who listens without judgment, believes in your capacity for growth, and truly supports your journey toward healing. I’d love to be that therapist.
